Holes: 18 | Metres: 6571 | Par: 72 | Handicap Men: 28 | Handicap Ladies: 36
Carya Golf is the first classic, heathland style golf course to be built on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
Designed by Thomson Perrett & Lobb, the international golf course architecture practice founded by five times Open Champion Peter Thomson, it is a championship golf course set on undulating sand hills and cutting through mature pine and eucalyptus forest, at the heart of Turkey’s golf coast.
Peter Thomson, said: “This is an exceptional piece of land on which to build a golf course. It is reminiscent of the famous Surrey heathland courses near London that I rate among the world’s best and which I was fortunate to enjoy much success on in my playing days. I am very excited about the prospect of TPL creating a classic, traditional style course in Turkey.”
Carya is a classic course, unique to the region, and featuring naturally cultivated heather. Grown in an extensive nursery on site, Carya’s heather shapes define the course into a truly magnificent spectacle. The course is a demanding test of golfing strategy with free flowing holes that run between pine and eucalyptus trees and across a dramatic sand ridge. Carya Golf Course also boasts a spectacular new clubhouse and state-of-the-art driving range.

Lovely couse, very kind people, great facilities but greens were not as good as it was last year.
The Carya golf course is suitable fantastically nicely and for all handicap. He is wonderfully put on and diverse. It gives gigantic pleasure to play this place. Also the staff is very friendly. Merely the Greenfeepreise are very high.

YES CARYA IS REALLY GOOD COURSE AND WILL OPEN AGAIN FIRST OF OCTOBER.REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVE A GAME THERE:-)
Today Carya golf course is finally opening after closing for over 4 months to recondition the course. The greens are now Bermuda Tifeagle and the roughs have all been reconditioned. Saw people out on the course this morning, really hoping it will be back to its best again as one of the top courses in Belek. Looking forward to hearing the comments of the first players out on the course.

I played on Carya last sunday. ıt was really great after long term meıntenance. I am sure it wıll be much better after fırst top dressıng. Hats off for those who had great job to get thıs fantastıc golf course back to us.
Recently played Carya twice during a weeks golfing holiday with party of 32 golfers from Pryors Hayes ,Near Chester,England.
This golf course offers a real challenge to all standards of golfer.Once you walk past the Practice putting area you can only be impressed with what you are about to face. There are many pine trees to contend with ,however the beauty of these are that the ground under the trees can easily be played from.As you progress around the course you get the feeling that this course has been designed by a true professional golfer. As you approach the 14th,a stunning par 5 surrounded by a kidney shaped lake, you are faced with a great set of finishing holes.
The clubhouse and facilities are magnificent, however the prices of food and drinks are extortionately high.
Having been to Portugal for the last six years, this was our first trip to Turkey and the feedback from all our party was that we will certainly be returning to Turkey next year.I hope they dont spoil it by increasing prices.
The Carya is a wonderful course – clever and challenging but very fair. It rewards good golf and punishes poor. The course is in great condition and has been a pleasure to play. Next year I am determined to play to my handicap……………………..
the matrix staff has practise today at carya , it was good experience we love Carya Golf Club enjoy your games there
Excellent course with interesting features on many holes.Testing but reasonably forgiving for average golfer.Greens, fairways immaculate.Support staff, service very efficient. Our favourite course!
Played Carya on 7th May as our final course of five this trip. What a fitting end to our golfing break.125 metre putting green provided us with an interesting warm up before the round. The pros had been there less than a week earlier and the overall conditioning was as good as we have encountered on our travels. What a difference a year makes.Although we played off the white tees we took advantage of the slope handicap adjustments and throughly enjoyed this heathland experience.Stunning beautiful.
The Carya are trying to put too many groups on the course. Causing long delays and 5 ½ hr round. Not good.
We played at carya, kaya, national and faldo. We really enjoyed our golfing week. Golf courses were very good we will soon came back.
Fairway a bit fluffy, there was maintanance work going on.Course is very nice. Enjoyed the round.
Enjoyable game, currently scarrifying but this didnt effect our game or enjoyment. We understand that maintenence has to be carried out some time
Without maintenence vehicles on the course, everything was good. First class, everything on time, buggies were avaliable and excellent staff.
Absolutely beatiful designed course. Enojoyable game and lovely day we had.

Carya is a lovley course but everytime the round is very slow.
The organisation at Carya is very poor. The tee times are booked incorrectly we had to wait 45 minutes before we could go.
The Carya course is beautiful. The greens and fairways are perfect and the Club House is very qualified. Overall we enjoy it.
