Best Hotel ever for holiday – very friendly staff, excellent service.
When collected from the Hotel raining very heavy golf bags were put on the floor in puddles of water, not impressed.
This was our 4th visit to Cornelia deluxe hotel and the facilities Have diminished each time.Restaurants have closed.Hotel shuttles To golf course are less frequent and bus overcrowded and had to Stand for journey-not safe.3 rooms were in noisy locations due to Maintenance work complaints not handled well.Cats arounda pool area. Facilities around pool area closed.Overall hotel disappointing compared To previous years.
