Lykia Links voted into TOP 100 COURSES IN THE WORLD 2012
Lykia Links, Antalya, has been placed in the TOP 100 COURSE IN THE WORLD 2012 by the UK golf
magazine “Golf World”. This list is voted for by golfers, golf designers and similar professions. Lykia Links
golf course has been placed in 98th spot, and is the only golf course in Turkey to receive such an honour.
This is Lykia’s fourth year since opening and its third award.
In the poll, America leads the way with 23 courses, followed by England with 16 courses and Scotland
with 13 courses. First place goes to the Royal County Down in Northern Ireland, second place to
Brandon Dunes (Pacific Dunes) in USA and third to Turnberry (Ailsa) in Scotland.
